Content rights

The base rate ($400 for a single video or $1,000 for the 3-Video Test Pack) gets you the files. You can post them organically on your own channels.

Running the same video as a paid ad on all paid social for 90 days adds 35%.

Category exclusivity (Tank skips competing brands in your category for 90 days) adds 50%.

Whitelisting (running ads under the Tank handle with your spend) is priced on request and is not included in the base file rate.

Posts to the Tank audience (Instagram or Facebook feed post plus story, or story only) are priced separately from the video files.

Raw files, plus the Tank name, likeness, and social handles, stay with Tank unless a booked brief says otherwise in writing.

Brands do not receive ownership or rights to existing Tank social posts.
